近日，子公司潤邦重機為全球礦業(yè)公司力拓集團（Rio Tinto）定制的215噸自卸式礦車車斗在客戶現(xiàn)場成功交付并投入使用。

      此次交付的自卸式礦車車斗專為客戶現(xiàn)場的高效運營需求定制，其底部配備自動開閉門，可實現(xiàn)便捷卸貨，相較于傳統(tǒng)后卸式卡車車廂，具備更高效的卸載能力，將助力客戶優(yōu)化鋁土礦運載，為客戶現(xiàn)場的持續(xù)增產(chǎn)提供堅實保障。

      在當天的交付儀式上，力拓太平洋鋁業(yè)總裁Armando Torres和太平洋鋁業(yè)首席運營官Steve Badenhorst對潤邦重機的供貨保障能力和綜合履約實力表示贊賞，并表示該裝備的成功投用，彰顯了雙方伙伴關系的韌性，以及在提升運營效率和推動技術創(chuàng)新方面的共同承諾。

Last month, the 215-tonne “belly dump” bauxite trailer customized by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (RHM) for global mining company Rio Tinto was successfully delivered and put into operation at the client’s site.

This 215-tonne “belly dump” bauxite trailer features an automated discharging function, specifically designed to enhance operational efficiency at the client's site. Compared to conventional rear-dump truck configurations, the innovative discharge system enables significantly faster unloading cycles. The solution will optimize bauxite haulage operations and provide a robust foundation for sustained production increases.

At the delivery ceremony, Rio Tinto Pacific Operations Aluminium Managing Director Armando Torres and Rio Tinto Pacific Operations Aluminium Chief Operating Officer Steve Badenhorst commended RHM’s robust supply chain reliability and comprehensive project execution capability. As the first Chinese supplier of these trailers to Rio Tinto, RHM successfully delivered the inaugural 215-tonne “belly dump” bauxite trailer.
